Third-parties

8. We use third party processors to collect, process and store data, which may include personal data, on our behalf. For example:
• We use Kajabi to design and host our website. Data submitted to us through our website may be stored by Kajabi on its servers. Kajabi has its own data privacy policy and guidance which can be found here.
• Any payments you make are processed on our behalf by Stripe. Stripe do not share your payment details with us. Please refer to their website for further details of their compliance with data protection rules.
• We use Facebook and Instagram Ads to run targeted advertising campaigns on these platforms. In order to help ensure our ads reach the most appropriate audience we upload our mailing list to Facebook, containing the names and e-mail addresses of our known business contacts. The majority of any information we provide to these platforms will be business information, but it may contain personal data if contacts have provided us with personal e-mail addresses.
• We use Facebook Pixel (which also covers Instagram) and Google Analytics to track certain interactions made by visitors to our website, including the pages accessed by visitors and searches made by visitors within our website. This helps us to learn about how our clients interact with our services, and to understand browsing behaviour on our website so that we can update it and ensure it is relevant for our audience. We anonymise and mask IP addresses and never store your full IP address.

The data we collect about you:
9. Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous or anonymised data).
10. While our services are focussed on business users, we may collect, use and store different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
• Identity Data includes first name, last name, title, age and gender.
• Contact Data includes address, email address and telephone numbers.
11. We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. 15. We collect information from emails sent to our team members. We collect names and contact details so that we can maintain a customer contact list and are able to contact you about our services.
Newsletters and marketing
16. If subscribe to receive our newsletters or downloadable resources we will collect certain information such as your name and your business contact details.
17. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on the link displayed at the bottom of each newsletter.
